• Before work starts: Full refund if you cancel before we begin.

• After work starts: Pro‑rated refund based on work completed.

• After first draft delivered: Refunds are not guaranteed; we’ll prioritize revisions to meet the brief.

• Rush fees & discovery calls: Non‑refundable once scheduled or delivered.

• Cooling‑off (EU consumers): For service contracts, performance can begin before 14 days with your express consent; by requesting immediate performance, you acknowledge the right of withdrawal may be lost once the service is fully performed.
